Rob O'Neal

Robert O’Neal is a New York State Law Enforcement Officer, National Rifle Association (NRA) Certified Pistol Instructor and has been a Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Instructor for nearly 15 years.

Robert was the American Red Cross (Utica Chapter) 2002 Youth Instructor of the year. He has also served in several deployments, including a Medic during Hurricane Katrina. Robert has been involved in Emergency Medical Services for over 10 years, 7 of which as a Paramedic. He has served in the cities of Syracuse, Utica and the out lying communities. He has also received training in Tactical Medicine with the 10th Mountain Divisions Army Combat Medics. Read more about Rob here.


David WencekDavid Wencek is a twenty five year veteran, Security Policeman of the United States Air Force. He holds several instructor qualifications with the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA).

David is always striving to improve his skills and knowledge and then pass that knowledge on to others. “With Great Power comes Great Responsibility”, a wise saying that he believes applies to the 2nd Amendment. Read David’s full bio here.


Brandon KellsBrandon Kells is a Gun rights advocate and outdoors man who believes in being properly educated.

Brandon is a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor, NRA Certified Shotgun Instructor, NRA Range Safety Officer, and a Sabre Red OC (pepper spray) Instructor. Brandon plans on furthering his education as much as possible and becoming an Instructor in as many disciplines as he can to help insure the safety of the public.

Along with the previously stayed instructor certifications Brandon is also a Certified Crime Scene Clean up technician, Bio Hazard Specialist, OSHA 10 Certified, and 40-hour Hazmat Certified. Brandon has also completed the NY hunter education safety course, NY safe boating safety course, and the NY snowmobile safety course.

Brandon spent about four-years working off and on at four different Nuclear power plants along with operating his own contracting/property maintenance business.


James BrownJames Brown earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Deviance, as well as an Associates of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He has over 28 years’ of experience as a security professional, and 23 years’ of experience as a mental health counselor. He is the Training Manager for Securitas Security Services with 15 years’ experience supervising 500 security officers.


Bob Dalton has vast years of experience in many areas of public safety as noted below.

  • 32 years in public education
  • 40 years in law enforcement
  • 22 years as an armed security guard
  • 13 years as a police officer
  • 15 years as a Court Attendant employed by Oswego County Sheriff’s Department
  • 25 years as a Special Deputy with Oswego Sheriff’s Department
  • 27 years as a peace officer for several towns
  • General topics instructor for peace officer and security guard
  • 15 years as a Code Enforcement Officer

Jeff Angus has been a wordsmith for over twenty years.  He is a published author and has assisted with writing advertising and promotions for a number of successful benefit campaigns.  Jeff is also an advocate of the 2nd Amendment.  He feels like many that self-protection starts with the people and is the right of all responsible and law abiding citizens. He works with PS&Ed on articles, promotions, and correspondence with a good number of letters to courts to work on restriction removals.
