“I recently took my NYS Handgun Safety Course given by Instructor Matt Mallory with PS&Ed. The class was not only informative, Matt made the class fun by providing real life scenarios with memory mechanisms so that we could better absorb the information and take it with us on our way. Even with COVID-19, Matt gave appropriate breaks and allowed us to take a breather from these masks.
