As a Type 07 FFL, Class 02 SOT, federal and NY state gun dealer, PS&Ed manufactures guns and teaches our students how to build their own firearms.

For those customers who would rather just purchase a completed AR style firearm we have a process for that as well. Fill out the below form to order your custom PS&Ed semi-auto AR rifle, pistol, or shotgun. Each firearm is custom built to order, NY compliant, comes with iron sights, an extended take down pin, and one pinned 10 round magazine – unless you are law enforcement or live outside of NY and your state does not require such.

Optional add-ons such as your name or logo engraved on the firearm, a sling to carry it in the field, a soft carrying case for transport, a rifle cleaning mat, ammo, and much more. You can also chose upgrades such as a red dot sight, scope, grip, and ambidextrous items on your below order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Payment: Payment in full will need to be made prior to PS&Ed commencing the build of your ordered firearm and before you can pickup said firearm at our store in LaFayette, NY. Making payment via cash, check, venmo, cash app, or crypto will save you a 3% credit card fee. Pricing listed above does not include NY State sales tax of 8%.
• Pistol License: If you are purchasing a semi-auto rifle or pistol you will need a NY State pistol license in order to pickup your firearm in LaFayette, NY. For semi-auto rifles you will also need the “semi-auto rifle” designation on your pistol license. This is not required if you are in a state other than NY.
• Background Check: A successfully completed 4473 and background check will be required, at our store in LaFayette, NY, prior to taking possession of the built firearm. In most cases background checks are successful the same day of pickup but is dependent on NY State. The cost of the background check is included in the firearm purchase for NY residents. Background checks are only good for 30 days. If there is a delay over 30 days in the process or pickup of the firearm the check will need to be run again.
• Other than NY State Customers: We would ship the firearm to an FFL in your state and that FFL would complete the 4473 and background check. We may not need to pin the magazine if your state does not require such to be legal.
• Warranty: All parts are warrantied by the parts manufacturer. PS&Ed can help facilitate your warranty claim if needed. Proper maintenance and cleaning of your firearm will help with its longevity. If your firearm needs cleaning or repair from normal ware and tear PS&Ed offers Gunsmithing Services.
